Wisconsin Vital Record Transcriptions

Two hours worth of digging at the Wisconsin Historical Society Library in Madison last week yielded 14 marriage records from various folks on my Dad's side. I posted about the unfortunate state law preventing record images from being made available to the public so I will not be posting any "photocopies" of the records here. (That's a good illustration of how irrelevant this law is the wording prohibits "photocopies" of these vital records to be made available to the public in electronic format. Come on Wisconsin. Catch up.)

As it happens, the law says nothing about providing full details of the documents' contents so I have transcribed every word of the records I found and am posting them here in their entirety. Hopefully others researching Kidds, Iwers, or Schoonovers will stumble across this post via Google and find these transcriptions useful.

Note, where certain letters were ineligible, I have put question marks - ? - and I have made an effort to transcribe exactly as written including ditto (") marks, misspellings, etc.
